All pieces are made to order. Each creation is individually crafted upon request, using precious materials and artisanal processes. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue. Our team will carefully review your case and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or credit depending on the situation.

Every piece undergoes a detailed quality control before shipping. We stand behind the integrity and authenticity of our creations. Each jewel is produced with meticulous attention to detail. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or weight are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects. These characteristics make each creation unique.
